XRF在聚醚化合物中的应用

聚醚多元醇作为聚氨酯工业的重要化学原料,主要用于聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制造,同时还作为乳化剂、润湿剂、分散剂、破乳剂等生产助剂广泛应用于日化、制糖、石油炼制、造纸等化工领域。聚醚的合成主要使用丙二醇、乙二醇等多元醇作为起始剂,在催化剂的作用下与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷等有机氧化物进行开环聚合反应。催化剂的使用对提高反应效率具有重要的作用,通过分析产品中的催化剂残留,还能够为监测生产线的正常运转提供重要参考。
