With the development of technology and manufacturing processes for various important components, especially the advancement of detectors, small desktop diffraction systems have emerged. Desktop diffraction systems are limited by their spatial size, and many diffractometer expansion functions cannot be achieved. This has formed an inherent thinking for users of diffractometers that desktop diffractometers can only be used to complete basic phase analysis of powders, blocks, sheets, and other samples. On the basis of the existing D2 Phase, Bruker boldly attempted new structures and motion logic on the desktop diffractometer platform, combining the advantages of the LYNXEYE series energy dispersion array detector with excellent performance, and launched a cross-border desktop diffractometer system - D6 Phase.

The D6 Phaser offers three optional X-ray light source powers, 540W/600W/1200W, with testing intensity comparable to large floor standing models, meeting different application requirements

2. High precision angle measuring instrument

The D6 Phaser ensures that the measurement error of any diffraction peak within the full spectrum range of the corundum standard (20-140 °) does not exceed ± 0.01 °, which is comparable to that of large floor standing models

3. Multi functional platform expansion

The D6 Phaser can also achieve multifunctional testing that was previously only available on large floor standing models, such as:
